Regulatory Compliance Management System (RCMS)
Collaboration is a fundamental component in building, maintaining and adapting a fully engaged compliance program. The RCMS provides HCN an innovative web-based tool that brings the efficiency and flexibility of automation to the regulatory compliance concerns confronting the healthcare industry. RCMS Solutions are delivered through an intuitive client portal where healthcare administrators can interact with HCN Auditors to identify, correct and sustain a comprehensive compliance program. Our approach is Hi-Tech and Hi-Touch. Built by professionals with nearly a century of collective on-site compliance experience, RCMS is changing the way healthcare organizations stay compliant.

We Strongly Disagree!
(HealthCare Compliance Network, circa today)
75 Years and Counting… That is the collective market experience of the leadership team at HealthCare Compliance Network. It is not bragging when we say, “been there, done that.” We know our depth of knowledge of the regulatory and compliance field is an asset that sets us apart from the competition. But we believe that our commitment to daily in-field learning and passion for remaining abreast of the constantly evolving regulatory environment is just as important.
Mike is widely viewed to be among the regulatory compliance industry’s top thought leaders. His latest vision of co-sourced services has quickly become a foundational principle of HealthCare Compliance Network.
Mike’s earlier career was shaped by the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne and he is a Disabled Veteran. Since 2000 he has studied the Healthcare Work Place Violence trends and has been trained in Active Shooter situations. He is a certified CHC from the Health Care Compliance Association and he holds other certifications in Occupational Safety and Healthcare Privacy & Security.
Mike is the chairman of the Garden Giving, a charitable organization that donates 2000 pounds of fresh vegetables to 3 different food pantries each year. He is very passionate about spending time with family and friends.
Todd has been a C-suite executive at healthcare and compliance services companies for nearly two decades. As a former Physician Practice Manager and Nursing Home Administrator, he understands the necessary compliance operations of a healthcare business. He has given numerous webinars on healthcare regulatory compliance to various professional associations, like MGMA, HFCA and ASOA. He brings a keen understanding of software/app development, social media and search engine optimization to HCN from his past involvement with two Internet startups.
Todd has a BS from Northeastern University and a MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Connecticut. In a past life as an Athletic Trainer, he used to train athletes at the Olympic, collegiate and high school levels.
He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Management at Merrimack College.
