In a career spanning over 27 years, he has founded three successful companies devoted to helping all types of medical practices and specialties achieve their OIG/CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and other Compliance objectives. Mike’s earlier career was shaped by the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne and he is a Disabled Veteran. Since 2000 he has studied the Healthcare Work Place Violence trends. He is a certified CHC from the Health Care Compliance Association and he holds other certifications in Occupational Safety and Healthcare Privacy & Security.

Mike is the chairman of the Garden Giving, a charitable organization that donates 2000 pounds of fresh vegetables to 3 different food pantries each year. He is very passionate about spending time with family and friends.
