Lorraine has led an impressive career as an accomplished senior healthcare and compliance executive. As a paralegal, she started in a small hospital in Sullivan County, New York and found herself a few years later as an administrator in Mount Sinai Health System in Manhattan.  She has been a health care management and compliance consultant for law firms, physicians and healthcare practices and health systems for the last 25 years.  She is a certified professional coder, a certified healthcare compliance officer, and a certified healthcare compliance consultant. Lorraine has successfully worked on matters with the OIG on issues related to claims of non-compliance and FWA, the AMA for Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) revisions and additions and, CMS with petitions for payment and policy modification. With decades of experience creating, developing, and implementing efficiencies, ethics, and compliance for physician practices/organizations and hospital departments/programs, she brings a 360-degree perspective to the compliance needs of any organization. Lorraine is also an active council member of the Gerson Lehrman Group and has a proven record as a subject matter expert in healthcare management, project management, operations, revenue cycle, credentialing, risk, and healthcare compliance.

Lorraine is a certified life coach and active in many charities. She is an avid animal lover and President/CEO of a local family run non-profit animal rescue shelter.
